Attached you can find important information for the well-being of our four legged friends:

• We provide a feeding and drinking bowls and a surprise gift in the room;
• Bookings are only available in rooms on the ground floor: Garden and Garden Deluxe
• Only dogs (up to 20 kg) and/or cats are accepted. Maximum of 1 per room;
• Movement in the public areas of the Hotel is not permitted;
• Pets are not allowed in the public areas of the Hotel, namely in the Spa, Bar, Pool Bar, 4 Seasons Room, Wine Shop, restaurant "Salão Nobre" and "Jardim de Inverno", Club House, Event Rooms and Kids Club;;
• The circulation in the Hotel's park is allowed, provided your pet is on
a leash;
• It is not possible to leave your pet alone in the room for more than 2 hours. Please contact the Concierge or Reception Desk for information on PET Sitting services.
